The facilities and procurement specialist will perform a wide variety of technical and analytical tasks in the procurement of equipment, services, materials and supplies; maintain and execute a purchasing plan to support short and long term goal achievement in a timely and effective manner; develop and implement new methods and procedures to reduce corporate and program procurement costs while maintaining compliance with appropriate funding sources and applicable local and federal laws.

As an RCAC facilities and procurement specialist, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • The purchasing and procurement function ensuring compliance with RCAC's policies
  • Providing employee support in regard to safety, travel, equipment and office furniture
  • Tracking and maintaining RCAC inventory and equipment and expenses
  • Coordinating building maintenance, repair and renovation
  • Maintaining corporate insurance records
