The Assistant Loan Production and Credit Manager (credit officer) will assist with the loan production and underwriting process for RCAC. The credit officer will promote the excellence of RCAC and its loan fund to investors and borrowers within the rural development community.

As an RCAC credit officer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Assisting with staff supervision
• Loan underwriting and negotiating loan terms and requirements
• Provide borrowers with technical assistance
• Identifying financial needs of rural communities and developing financial programs for them
• Loan servicing
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with other CDFI's, funding agencies and financial institutions
